ADVANCED CONCEALED CARRY
Our Advanced Concealed Carry (ACC) Course was developed because concealed carry courses required for issue of a CC permit fail to give students the proper skills to safely carry a concealed weapon or to use it if needed.
Our ACC course gives CC Permit holders the know how to effectively conceal a handgun in numerous carry options in different types of clothing and bags. Students learn to safely carry and effectively fire a handgun from various concealed positions to include their vehicle.
This course is highly recommended to anyone carrying a concealed firearm. Plain clothed officers and those working in environments where a low profile is required will especially appreciate the techniques presented in this course.
YOU DO NOT NEED A NC CCW TO ATTEND THIS COURSE, IT IS SUGGESTED AT A MINIMUM YOU HAVE ATTENDED THE ALASTAR TDS-C LEVEL 1 PISTOL COURSE
*This course does not qualify for a NC, or other state’s, concealed carry permit.
Course requirements:
- Handgun*
- 3 Magazines
- Concealable Holster (inside the waist or pancake)* ABSOLUTELY NO SHOULDER HOLSTERS *
- Magazine Pouch
- Cover shirt, jacket, or coat (season dependent)
- Eye protection (Rx if required)
- Hearing protection (electronic, Peltor type, are recommended)
- 350 rounds of ammunition
- Suitable clothing – seasonal dependent
- Reputable Background with no felony convictions
